New items may be with or without tags.

Items that are 'Gently Used' will be labeled as such and are sold As Is. Heavenly Pawsome Puppy Spa only accepts 'Gently Used' items that are in good, clean, safe, and working condition. Any minor or cosmetic flaws will be noted in the product description. We guarantee any flaws noted do not affect the way that the item works nor does it make the item unsafe. All 'Gently Used' items that are donated to our facility are washed right away, ensuring that you receive clean items. 

 

With each sale, a portion of the proceeds supports the Pope County Humane Society (PCHS). PCHS is raising funds to operate their Spay/Neuter Clinic, which assists those who cannot afford the full cost of spaying or neutering their pets. 

Below is a breakdown of how proceeds are determined.

$3= $1.00; $4= $1.25; $5 = $1.50; $6= $1.75; $7= $2.00; $8= $2.25; $9 = $2.50; $10 = $2.75; $11= $3.00 and so on...

The hours listed above are for the general public. If you have a spa appointment or another service booked with us outside of these hours, you are welcome to shop in our store while waiting for your pet.

 

* Pets' are more than welcome to join you in your shopping experience. We just ask that all pets' be on a leash at all times and never left unattended while shopping within our retail.

 

* In order to continue to keep all of our pet visitors safe and healthy, we do require any pets' who are accompanying their pet owners in our retail department be fully vaccinated and free of illness upon their arrival.

 

* For those experiencing financial hardships and needing items for their pets immediately outside of our business hours, or who prefer to shop discreetly, please contact us via email. We will make every effort to arrange a convenient time to accommodate your shopping needs.
