Please Note:
In order to hold your pets boarding reservation, a down payment is required upon booking, the remainder of your payment is due in full at the time that you pick your pet(s) up and can be paid by cash or Venmo.
What we offer your pet(s) while boarding with us...
- 100% Kennel Free, unless we need to leave the facility for an extended amount of time or due to safety measures.
- All pets reside within their own suite, multiple pets from the same family share a suite together.
- We offer a fully fenced in back yard with a pet friendly play area that is set up with various activities, toys, shaded rest areas, etc.
- Random activities are offered throughout their stay, such as going for walks, visits to the park, agility play, etc.
- We provide treats, unless the pet owner either requests no treats or wishes to provide their own.
- We provide food and water bowls, unless the pet owner wishes to provide their own.
- Pets are welcome to explore and utilize full range of our facility during daytime hours, while they are in their suites during bedtime hours.
- All furry guests receive adequate daily 1:1 attention and playtime with staff.
- Daily text message updates are sent to all pet owners.
- Every visitor receives a complimentary spa session prior to their departure.
- A 'Boarding Report Card' that describes how their pets stay went is sent home with pet owners.

Non-Potty-Trained Pet Policy
We welcome dogs of all training levels!
However, for non-potty-trained dogs, an additional fee of $12.00 per day will be applied to cover extra care and supervision needs. This ensures a comfortable environment for all our guests.
Damage Deposit Policy
To protect our home and ensure the well-being of all pets, a one-time damage deposit of [$Amount] will be required for each dog during their stay. This deposit will help cover any potential damages that may occur due to destructive behavior.
Why We Charge a Damage Deposit:
- Peace of Mind: The deposit allows us to focus on providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all pets, knowing we have a safeguard in place.
- Assessment of Behavior: Each dog is unique, and the deposit helps us manage the needs of more active or curious pups who may require additional supervision.
Refund Policy:

For dogs who are not housebroken, we charge an additional $5.00 per day.
All customers must contact us via email prior to booking a boarding reservation to confirm availability for your desired dates. Once we verify availability, you will receive a booking confirmation, a detailed breakdown of boarding costs, an invoice for your reservation downpayment (due right away), and our new client forms.
* Please note that there is a fee for any last-minute reservations that are made. For reservations made within 48-hours of your reservation, there is a $15 fee, 24 hours is a fee of $25.00, 12 hours and under is a fee of $35.00.
