Every day leading up to our Paw-liday Weekend Sales Event, we’ll unveil new and exciting sales! Each sale will have its own unique name, wirh new products, focusing on a different section of our retail store.

Our Paw-liday Pre-Holiday Sales Event will take place online only and promises to be a truly unique experience!

Here’s how it works:

• New sales items will be listed daily in a new ad on our Facebook page.
• Each item will display its original price, its discounted price, and the percentage of savings.
• Each day, we will provide a new link that will be available in the daily post as well as on that day’s sales ad. This link will take you to the updated Product Order Form for that day, which will also include any remaining items from previous days’ sales that are still in stock.
• Once we have received your product order form, we will send a confirmation email as well as a receipt if you chose to pay upon checkout or an invoice for those who have chosen to pay at the time of pickup. 
• We will then send an additional email which will include a list of dates and times for you to choose from for picking up your purchased items. 

• Items marked with a paw print next to the product title are part of our specially selected items that can be purchased for donation to a shelter dog at the Pope County Humane Society. While these items are not off-limits for personal purchase, they are recommended for the purpose of giving to a shelter dog in need.
• If you choose to purchase an item with a paw print, your Product Order Form will ask you to clarify whether the item is intended as a personal gift or a shelter dog donation. This ensures there’s no confusion about where your purchased items should go.

How to retrieve purchased items:

• Once we receive your order form, you will receive your invoice via email. You will then receive an additional email which will include a list of dates and times for you to choose from for picking up your purchased items.
• To accommodate the busy season, your items will be available for pickup within 1-2 days of purchase, ensuring you have your orders in time for Christmas. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
• If you are placing an order but will be out of town for the holiday season or do not need to pick up your purchased items by Christmas, please let us know during checkout. We are happy to arrange a convenient pickup time for you after the holidays!
• If you are placing an order and your busy schedule limits your ability to make it to Glenwood for pickup or transportation is limited, let us know! We will be happy to try and either deliver your items to you or meet you at a convenient location, as long as it is within a reasonable driving distance.
• If you reside out of town and are not within a feasible driving distance but still wish to place an order, let us know by sending us an email after submitting your product order form. We will calculate the shipping costs for you and determine the most affordable shipping option. Please note: If we are shipping your items, you will not receive them by Christmas, so this option is best if you do not need your order by the holiday.

Rules to paying upon pickup 

• Due to limited inventory and to ensure others don’t miss out on available items, we kindly ask that you understand the following: Even if you choose not to pay at the time of checkout, all sales are final, and placing an order means you are fully responsible for completing your payment.
