Each spa package begins with a thorough head to toe visual health screen which includes:

  • Visual check of eyes and nose for unusual drainage 
  • Visual check of teeth for tarter buildup
  • Visual check of gums for inflammation, bleeding, discoloration, etc.
  • Visual check of ears for drainage, inflammation, wax build up, hair overgrowth, etc.
  • Visual check of nails for overgrowth, breakage, etc. 
  • Visual check of paw beds for cracking, bleeding, debris, infection, etc.
  • Visual check of the skin and coat for fleas and ticks.
  • Visual check of the sanitary areas for any abnormalities
  • A full feel of the body for abnormal lumps, flea debris, matting, etc.

Each package begins with our staff introducing a 1:1 rapport building exercise with your pet which involves a fun and interactive treat filled puzzle activity so that your pet can feel more comfortable with their spa technician. The puzzle activity involves your pet utilizing their sniffer in order to find their treat, which not only promotes physical exercise but promotes mental exercise as well. The combination of physical and mental exercise associated with sniffing activities has been proven to induce a more relaxed and tired state overall, guaranteeing your pet a more comfortable, relaxing and trusting spa experience.

Once your pet has completed their rapport building exercise, our spa technician then initiates a gentle massage tailored to your pet's unique needs while also performing a thorough head to toe visual health screen all while offering your pet an added layer of relaxation.  Our massage techniques offer health benefits such as improved circulation and blood flow, reduction of stress and anxiety, reducing any potential pain, etc. all while ensuring that your pet's safety and comfort is our #1 priority. 

Your pet then enters into a spa tub of warm, temperature regulated water mixed with a moisturizing, all-natural soak of your choosing. 

Each spa experience is secluded, quiet, and includes hints of dog friendly aromatherapy diffused throughout the air, dimmed lighting, gentle spa jets, and light soothing music, thus promoting a positive sensory experience.
