Most of our store items are no longer available for online purchase, except for our Pet Mystery Boxes, which can only be ordered online. The rest of our items are exclusively available in our physical storefront.

Criteria for Donations

Donation Drop Off

Donation Pick Up

Heavenly Pawsomes Pup Shop doesn't have fixed hours designated for donation drop-offs at this time. We do accept donations 7 days a week with the acceptation of major holidays. Donations being dropped off during our normal business hours can be left in the waiting area (as you walk through the front entrance). Please be sure to put donations off to the side so that they do not become a tripping hazard to our customers. For large donations such as kennels or donations left after business hours, please place them in the designated donation area to the left of the stairs outside. Kindly avoid leaving donation items exposed to rain or snow, especially those that can be damaged by moisture.

For all second-hand donations, we kindly request items to be in gently used condition, free from stains, rips, holes, etc. This ensures that those in need can benefit from products with a suitable lifespan. We have provided a list of acceptable and non-acceptable items for donation.

Recognizing the busy and hectic schedules of our valued customers as well as transportation dilemmas, Heavenly Pawsome is open to arranging pick-ups for donations under certain circumstances. (This service is contingent upon specific criteria).

Acceptable Donations

Non Acceptable Donations

Non Acceptable Donations Include:

- Live Animals

- Shock Collars or any training device that poses a physical form of discomfort for redirection purposes

- Electronic items that are in inoperable condition or have old corroded batteries left within 

- Opened or expired treat and or food items

- Vitamins and / or supplements

- Unwashed soiled items

- Severely stained or Ripped Clothing, Beds, Blankets, etc. 

- Broken Crates, Carriers, Kennels, etc.

- Chewed up or damaged toys

Please be Advised that we only use and promote all natural organic pet products which contain no harmful chemicals or additives, therefore we do not accept donations of shampoos, conditioners, detanglers, tooth paste, paw balms, etc. We will kindly deny any and all preventive care and/or bath products.

 

Donor Incentives

Heavenly Pawsomes Pup Shop is committed to giving back to those who generously support our community members.

As a token of our appreciation, we provide incentives to those who donate gently used canine items. The following listed perks for donations are contingent upon the items contributed and are exclusively available to donors only.

Perks Donor Receives

For their generous contributions, donors will receive perks such as free Vouchers towards Spa Treatment or A La Carte Services, Gift Certificates for major discounts on our photo sessions and party planning packages, discounts on our boarding services or free play-land visits. 

 

Apart from the above listed perks, all donors receive a donation receipt for charitable tax write off purposes as well as additional entries into our Monthly Prize Drawing for one year, 2 free Loyalty Card Punches, a shout out on our Facebook page, a thank you card and a complimentary gift.

Limitations to Perks

Donor Forms

Heavenly Pawsome provides additional services beyond our pup shop, which may mean we're not always available or may be too busy to personally greet you, accept donations, or gather information during drop-offs, therefore, we kindly request that you complete a donation form upon dropping off your donations.

For after-hours donation drop-offs, you can find our donation forms on our website under "Forms," which should be emailed to us at info@heavenlypawsomepuppyspa.com once completed. During our regular business hours, donation forms will be available in our waiting room area. Completed forms can be deposited in the "Customer Drop Box."

These forms are crucial for tracking your donation, ensuring that we can provide you with your donation perks and donor receipt promptly.

 

 

Financial Hardship Criteria

How to Apply & Financial Bracket Guidelines

Forms can be found on the "Forms” page of our website. All forms must be printed, thoroughly completed, and submitted along with required proofs via email at: info@heavenlypawsomepuppyspa.com.

Forms are also available for pickup at our storefront and can be taken to complete elsewhere, or they can be filled out on-site and deposited into our "Customer Drop Box."

If you are completing your application at our location and urgently require items for your pet, and need an immediate decision, we will make every effort to review your application promptly. Please inform us when you start filling out your application. However, please understand that if we are currently assisting another appointment, you may need to wait until that service is finished before we can attend to your application review.

Financial Bracket Guidelines: At Heavenly Pawsomes Pup Shop, we provide distinctive and equitable financial criteria. Unlike other resources that base their financial bracket guidelines on gross income, we assess your net income. We recognize that net income reflects what you actually receive, ensuring a fair and accurate assessment of financial need.

Information we do not collect:

Heavenly Pawsomes Pup Shop does not collect certain information during the application process such as your social security number or credit score. 

Shopper Limitations & Priority Access

Limitations on Purchase Frequency: To ensure fair distribution and availability for all, shoppers may be limited in the frequency or quantity of purchases from our reduced prices. We may at any time change these limitations based upon our number of applicants and the amount of inventory that we have on hand. We'll document such restrictions and offer updates on our website pup shop page as they arise. These limitations may vary, so remember to check back regularly as they may be lifted based on our inventory levels.

Priority Access: Priority access of our gently used items may be given to individuals or families facing particularly difficult circumstances in which certain situations may result in the offering of our items at no cost, such as severe unexpected financial hardships, loss of homes and items due to natural disasters, loss of homes due to fires, etc.

Heavenly Pawsome currently exclusively offers in-person shopping at our storefront. The only products available for online purchase are our Pet Mystery Boxes listed below. These Mystery Boxes can be purchased online because we do not maintain full inventory of the products; instead, they are drop shipped from our distributor upon order placement.

If you decide to order a Pet Mystery Box and prefer not to pay for shipping, please contact us before placing your order. We can arrange to have the shipping fee waived and direct our distributor to ship your item to our location for you to pick up free of charge.
